A Teary Perspective On Sheryl Sandberg’s “Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders”

[Link] I’d heard about Sheryl Sandberg’s TED Talk, but put it off because it seemed long, and I was prepared for more blahblahblah about women being underrepresented, whatever.
